On Friday afternoon Jeff K. and his buddy Edson drove into town, but it started raining so we hit up TRP. This is Jeff throwin' a whip.

On Saturday afternoon Nate, Ben, Jeff, Edson, and myself met up with Ryan, Troy, Greg, and Anthony for some street riding. Ryan threw a number of tricks down this rail.

Jeff took a pretty bad fall on this rail, scaring the crap out of all of us. You'll have to wait till the midwestbmx.net video is finished to see what he was going for, and one of the worst crashes I've ever witnessed.


That night a few of us went out for another street ride so Anthony could ride these ledges.


On Sunday morning, on just a few hours sleep, a couple of us went out to ride more street. Greg launched off of a 2x6 to throw the bars.

- The trail jam got rained out on Saturday, but Nate's jam was a go. There were a few brief rainfalls, but it dried up and the sun came out for everyone to have a good time. A huge thanks goes out to the Powell's for their hospitality, everything was awesome. We'll have more photos from the weekend up later this week.

The spox is finished. It's about 5' tall with a short deck and a nice trannied landing. Nate loves it.

- The Flow will be holding this years Dirty East contest on November 18th (Am) and 19th (Pro). More info will be posted when I get it. www.ridetheflow.com

- Next weekend there will be some happenings here in Toledo. There will be a trail jam on Saturday the 23rd, and a jam at Nate Pow's on the 24th. I'll try and post photos of Nate's yard and the trails sometime this next week before the events.



- I'm slowly working on a new site design and "Goin' For Broke" is gettin' closer, so stay tuned for all of that...

- The dirt jumping contest that was supposed to be at Buckaroo's at the beginning of the month was rained out. It has been rescheduled and will go down this Saturday.

- Congratulations to my buddy Peanut who got married this past weekend!

- Anthony Barton, Greg Goldberg, Taylor Foiles, and Ryan Howard went up to NYC for the Brooklyn Banks Jam this past weekend. Here are a few photos...

- There's going to be a huge jam at Ollie's Skatepark in Florence, KY (just south of Cincy) on Saturday September 16th, beginning after the last session. It'll run from midnight till 2AM, and it'll only cost ya $5 to ride. Anyone and everyone is invited. A nice young fella by the name of Mitchell is organizing it, so if you have any questions drop him an email at mitchelld1987@yahoo.com.
