Thomas Arend took a pretty bad spill at the trails the other day, and wound up with a concussion and some serious bruises. But after a week off the bike he should be back in action.

Zach Smith sent me this picture of his brother Nick doin' an x-up whip over one of the hips at the new Flow skatepark.

- The Season street jam went down this past weekend and it was a good time for everyone that showed up. We didn't have any good ramps or ledges set up, but thanks to Tony Cherry's craftsmanship we had some pretty fun obstacles to ride. The video is up, click on the picture above to see it.
