They're having their final session at the current location on Saturday December 31, from noon to 4:30 PM. The Flow will be moving to a bigger building nearby. There's no word on when the new location will open up, so keep checkin' www.ridetheflow.com for info.

- As you can see, the new site is up, finally. Sorry it took a little longer than I anticipated. But hey, that's how it goes sometimes. Lurk around, a few things have changed a bit, you might find a couple new things here and there. One thing you might notice is the 'featured photo' to the left. I hope to post a new featured photo about once a month. Think of it as a magazine's cover shot. That'll be our cover shot each month.
- A couple days after we filmed the cellar sessions video Troy went back and hurt himself. A little fall turned serious when he tried to catch himself and caught his hand on a screw instead. A screw sticking up out of a ramp ripped his finger open down to the bone. Several stitches and a couple weeks later he'll be back at the cellar pulling backwards double decade barspin air whip flips.

- Happy belated 21st birthday to Casey Longshore!

Casey Longshore and Jim Baaske- two kick-ass dudes.
- I think the windchill was in the single digits today. With no indoor park in Toledo anymore riding this time of year is gettin' tough. I know a few people have been building ramps in their garages, but what has everyone been doin' to cope with the weather?

- This one is for the video nerds like myself... I just widened the lens for my video camera with help from a tutorial on skateperception.com. I posted some photos in case any of you are curious and would like to do the same modification to your Raynox MX3000. Check it out here.

- Jonathan Bechtold sent me a video that he threw together with some footage from their recent trip to Georgia and Florida, as well as some Dayton footage from before the snow hit. He said he "left the hammers out", but I'll let you decide. If you were to ask me, I'd say he missed a few, b/c this video is pretty darn good.

- A bunch of us got together at the Cellar the other night for a really fun session and a performance by The Fight Within. We shot some video and I'll edit it together soon. But for right now I've got a handful of good pictures taken by Taylor Foiles. Check em out: Sean O'Brien: 1, Troy Merkle: 1, and myself: 1 2

- Click the photo above to download the Chenga contest video. A big thanks to Words As Weapons for being awesome and letting us use one of their songs. Check those guys out at http://www.myspace.com/wordsasweapons. The song we used is called "Forever Has Forever Lost Its Memories." Another big thanks goes to John Proppe for helping me film. He'll be editing another video from the contest with some of the footage he shot during qualifying on Saturday. So check back soon for that.

- Anyone that was at Chenga this weekend can tell you that it was incredible. Congratulations to Jason "Dorito" Perz for taking first place in the pro class. Dorito did some wild stuff. A couple of the most memorable things is the 720 across the long box and hitting his head on the rafters real hard. So hard it left a pretty good mark on his helmet, but he still pulled it. He almost pulled a double tailwhip drop in off a sub too. Dorito has Chenga wired. Fabo took lots of rad photos that will be up on the site soon, and John P. and myself shot quite a bit of footage that I'll edit into a video. So check back later in the week to see more.
- This Thursday, December 8th the Square One team will be at Modern Ramp park in Novi, Michigan from 6-9:30 PM. They'll be filming for a new team video and passing out some prizes. You can get more info on that from the fine people at Albe's. They'll also be holding a video premiere for the new Shadow Conspiracy video at Modern on Sunday, right before the bike session. Go visit Albes.com for more info.
- The new website is nearing completion. But don't forget that I'm always looking for skateparks to add to our directory. So if you've got some photos of your local park in any of the midwestern states, send me an email at bud.perspectivesbmx[at]gmail.com and we'll get it posted when the new site comes up. In the meantime check out myspace.com/perspectivesbmx.

- The final Chenga contest is coming up this weekend. $30 to enter Am, $50 to enter Pro, and $10 for best trick. Check www.lastcalldistro.com and click on the bicycle rodeo link for more info. John Proppe, Charlie Crumlish, Biker Ben, and myself will be attempting to film a video around the mass amounts of people without getting in the way. And John Jackson will be shooting a few photos, so check back after the contest to get the scoop if you can't make it out. It's gonna be nuts.

John Jackson doin' a nice lookback at Chenga.
- Here are a couple pictures that John Jackson took at Chenga recently. Bryan Striker and Cole from St. Louis.
- There will be a contest at 4 Seasons in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 18th. There will be beginner, expert, and pro classes for cash prizes. 4 Seasons is located at 200 N. 25th St., Milwaukee, WI 53228.

Sean O'Brien tailwhippin' some off-limits territory at The Cellar.
- Justin Gault sent me a few pictures from an evening session at the Cellar near Dayton. Check em out: Mitchell Lamme 1 2, Sean O'Brien 1, Mark Kincer 1, Chris Elliot 1, and Jeff 1.

I didn't catch his last name, but his first name is Jeff, and this is a cross-footed wall tap.
